Sales Supervisor

• Supervise, Lead and Motivate Retail Team at Beauty Store
• Recruit, Train and Coach Beauty Consultants
• Lead Retail Team to Hit Store Sales Target & KPIs
• Establish Customer Loyalty through delivery of excellent customer service
• Ensure Smooth Running of Daily Operations (planning of duty roaster, staff performance, cash till, housekeeping, merchandise display etc)
• Inventory Management – ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Maintain good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
• Work closely with VMD and marketing on beauty store animation and updates

Requirements:

• 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty industry
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Supervisory experience in managing sales team
• Independent, aggressive, possess initiative and optimistic
