Sales/Sr. Sales Engineer (Building Services)

This position will be responsible for achieving Company’s sales goals within the assigned market sector by developing new opportunities and establishing a stronger product presence in the HVAC market sector for the company.

Job Description:

• Achieve annual sales forecasts to facilitate achievement of sales goals and objectives
• Proactively contacting current and potential customers to generate sales and inquiries
• Working closely with M&E consultant during project preliminary tender stage.
• Develop and establish new customers and re-activate inactive customers in assigned territory
• Obtain market feedback on competitors' accounts and movement, pricing and recommend attack/counter-attack strategies such as pricing to gain market shares.
• Prepare technical presentations and promote company products and services to M&E Contractors and Consultants
• Communicate and build effective relationships internally and externally
• Stay knowledgeable in standard product development and departmental workflow
• Build good relationships with M&E Contractors and Consultants to drive business growth.
• Submit Weekly Sales Activities Report and Monthly Sales Report.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years working experience in HVAC related field is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English is essential, as well as other local dialects would be an advantage.
• Able to perform under pressure and independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
