Job description

We are seeking Sales Specialists to join our team and drive growth for our innovative and cutting-edge product, i.e. our online business-background-music streaming subscription packages and audio-related value-added services. Our music streaming product, delivered and accessed easily on customers’ own devices or computers, is designed to enhance the ambiance in retail and commercial spaces – from local businesses to multinational corporations – by elevating the customer experience through carefully curated background music. With a short transactional sales process and continuous sales opportunities from recurring renewals, expansions and referrals, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about delivering value to our diverse business clientele, and enthusiastic about their career growth.

Your roles and responsibilities are:

  • Drive sales growth: Promote and sell our products & services to any relevant sectors, prospecting and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry/trade associations events.
  • Product expertise: Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects and help customers find the best solutions.
  • Customer relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and ensure renewal sales, referral sales and expansion sales.
  • Achieve targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Sales administration: Develop sales strategies, plan, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted sales revenue.

All you need to possess are:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Sales experience: Two years of on-ground sales experience in business-to-business sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Personal qualities: Self-motivated go-getters who are resilient to rejections with the adaptability and ability to turn objections into prospective sales.
  • Customer focus: Empathy and active listening skills to connect with customers and build strong relationships. Proficiency or experience in CRM is an added advantage.
  • Communication skills: Ability to articulate clearly, persuasive and ability to negotiate for win-win outcomes.
  • Languages: Strong oral and written communication in English and B. Malaysia to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional team members. Knowledge of Chinese language in addition will be advantageous.
  • Transportation: Must possess own transport for customer visits and meetings.

Our sales office is in Bukit Damansara in Kuala Lumpur. Sales Specialists will operate in their respective region and report via online meetings and tools. Sales Specialists operating in Klang Valley will be based in our sales office. Sales Specialists outside of Klang Valley will operate at any mobile location but will meet in KL sales office bimonthly and as needed.
