Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven success in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
Has own car and is willing to travel outstation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of other local dialects will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Cultural awareness and experience in international markets is a plus.
Job Scopes:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits within assigned estates or plantations to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
Listen attentively to customer needs, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products/services. Offer consultation on using the right products for the estate to increase productivity.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, generated leads, and sales outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
Conduct product presentations and field demonstrations (ECUT, EVAC, and other manual agritools) for prospects and clients.
Maintain and manage the company’s vehicle and tools provided.
Daily reporting and maintaining accurate records of customer leads and sales activities via the Workspace system.
