The Role
Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and sales growth. This dynamic position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for sustainability and technology. You will engage with potential clients, identify sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships to expand the reach of InterOpera’s innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Client Research
- Identify potential clients in target industries and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Initiate contact with leads and schedule meetings or demos to showcase our solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations to highlight the value of InterOpera’s products.
- Proposal Development
- Prepare professional business proposals that address client challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with product capabilities.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients to premium offerings.
- Recommend complementary solutions to enhance client outcomes.
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on expanding market reach.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Support the Sales Manager in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives.
Ideal Profile
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, with an additional Asian/ASEAN language being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Generative AI tools is preferred.
