Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for equipment sales.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  3. Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  4. Provide product information to customers.
  5. Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers.
  6. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  7. Create and submit reports on sales activities and performance.
  8. Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

Requirements:

  1. SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
  2. Preferably at least 2 years of sales account management, business development experience.
  3. Experience in heavy equipment/machinery sales from a similar industry is an added advantage.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu. The ability to communicate in local dialect/Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Knowledge in MS Office applications.
