Sales Specialist 1

In line with its expansion program in the region, idsMED Group now successfully operates in 9 markets. The team is now looking to fill a Sales Specialist role as per the qualifications below;

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver one-stop medical solutions to our customers.
• Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments.
• Actively develop new account relationships in the Zone/Area to enhance customer penetration.
• Proactively identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win deals.
• Provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn features of new products and understand new service offerings developed by the Company.
• Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation are a must.

• Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing/Business/Biomedical Science/Science.
• Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the healthcare industry and to be part of the Rehab is welcomed to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
