Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-stop medical solutions to our customers.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers to achieve company goals and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments.
  • Develop new account relationships in the Zone/Area to enhance customer penetration.
  • Identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win deals.
  • Provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively learn features of new products and understand new service offerings developed by the Company.
  • Occasional weekend and evening trade shows and/or meetings.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing/Business/Biomedical Science.
  • Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the healthcare industry.
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience in medical equipment, ultrasound and consumable sales.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
