Direct Sales Executive

Qualifications:

1. Minimum SPM with 2 years sales experience.
2. Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) are welcome to apply.
3. Working experience in the financial industry will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong selling and negotiation skills.
2. Have own transportation.
3. Able to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
4. Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card products.
2. To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
3. To create opportunities and strategies to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
4. To ensure high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.
5. To adhere to all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do's and Don'ts).
