Sales Solutions Expert based in Kuala Lumpur, offering a salary of RM 20,000-25,000.

Your new company

My client is looking for three Sales Solutions Experts to join their organisation and each vacancy will be working within a different sector. One vacancy will work closely with Oil & Gas, another for Electrical Power and the final role will be working with Enterprise clients. They are looking for technical experts with experience of managing and installing network solutions (Router/Switch/Wi-Fi), and IT (storage/server) accompanied by pre-sales experience. Their commitment is to enable ubiquitous intelligent IP connectivity. The E2E Xinghe Network Solution comprises four "engines": AirEngine Wi-Fi, CloudEngine switches, NetEngine routers, and HiSecEngine network security. To support the intelligent transformation of businesses across various sectors, the solution addresses four application scenarios: high-quality 10GE campus network, high-capacity converged IP network, ultra-efficient / ultra-resilient DCN, and highly intelligent converged security.

The Xinghe Network Solution has been serving customers in sectors such as education, government, transportation, finance, and energy in more than 150 countries and regions. Moving forward, we will continue to enhance the competitiveness of the Xinghe Network Solution and innovate its design in close collaboration with customers and partners.

Your new role

Pre-sales focused on strong technical ICT skills to work closely with key account managers in supporting customers in their solutions. This role is office based in KLCC and you will be working Monday to Friday, 40-hours a week.

  • Responsible as a Solution Expert in providing ICT solutions for customers from the Electrical Power, Oil & Gas industry. Have basic knowledge of the ICT fields. For example, products & solutions such as networks (Router/Switch/Wi-Fi), IT (storage/server).
  • Gain insights into the market and customers and formulate sales strategies.
  • Understand customer's needs and provide solutions for projects.
  • Able to achieve sales targets, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
  • Participate in planning and executing key industry marketing activities, and communicate with high-level customers about solution opportunities. Create voices in industry media to expand industry influence.
  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with key customers.
  • Engage the improvement of the competitiveness of the solutions, collect customer demand, work with partners to continuously optimise and promote.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 5 years of working experience in the ICT industry is preferred.
The ability to speak and write Mandarin is a bonus.

  • Experience in sales of integrated solutions across product domains is preferred.
  • Experienced in working with large high-profile accounts.
  • Excellent public presentation and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and staff at all levels. Strong in consultative and insight-based selling experience articulating complex solutions for decision makers and executives.
  • Strong technical background in the ICT field.
  • Excellent interpersonal understanding and organisational coordination skills.
  • Strong achievement orientation.
  • Have strong communication and coordination capabilities and teamwork awareness.
  • Contract(s) position available.
  • What you'll get in return

    You will receive an excellent monthly salary of up to RM 25,000, RM 400 a month for allowances and an annual bonus calculated on employee and employer performance. These vacancies will be reporting to the Business Unit Directors and will provide a competitive, KPI-driven environment.
