Job Summary

This is Ritma Prestasi's Full-Time Sales Representative (Southern Area & East Coast) position in our Companion Animal Division. This role requires good time management and self-discipline to plan a timeline for the entire sales process. Candidates have the opportunity to explore different experts and expand their social circle by maintaining good relationships both externally and internally.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and achieve sales and growth targets set by the company.
2. Identify customer's needs and discover new business opportunities.
3. Engage in continuous learning on the latest product knowledge and brand strategy.
4. Visit and make sales calls with clients following company procedures.
5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
6. Provide market insights to align with company business development.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree preferably in Science or a related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales.
3. Effective and impactful communication skills.
4. Good discipline under flexible working hours.
5. Possess own transport (able to travel outstation).
6. Frequent travel in Southern Area is required.
7. Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
