Develop and grow the assigned outlets by ensuring strong brand representation, and sustainable business growth and relationships.
Execute all sales and marketing initiatives and programs in order to deliver superior business performance for Yee Lee Products.
Maximize assigned accounts P&L and profitability and deploy effective and efficient management of promotion funds and budgets in meeting company expectations.
Drive account receivable excellence.
Lead merchandisers to drive YL and Principles business priorities, 5P merchandising and deploy effective business opportunities.
Coordinate with branches on key account promotion execution, ensuring execution effectiveness.
Deploy the budgeted investment from trade marketing in order to meet the sales and marketing priorities.
Requirements:
Candidates shall possess at least SPM or equivalent.
No experience is welcome but preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the sales field, especially in the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willing to travel as this position may require travel interstate.
