As a Trackman Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services within the territory.

Tasks will include:

  1. Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis.
  2. Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.
  3. Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations.
  4. Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges, and other golf client segments.
  5. Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
  6. Proposal preparation and order administration.
  7. Customer training and 1st level support.
  8. Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops.
  9. Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams.
  10. Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies.

The ideal candidate:

  1. Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  2. Fluent in English and already living in Malaysia.
  3. 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
  4. Own car with full driver’s license.
  5. Higher education in technology, business, or marketing.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Consider others’ views and demonstrate listening skills.

Preferably:

  1. Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer.
  2. A strong network in the local golf industry.
  3. Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM system.

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. You will benefit from extensive onboarding training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50% of the time.
