Sales Representative – Budding Bean Children’s Language Program

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help us expand our reach to more educational institutions.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Budding Bean, you will play a key role in promoting our children’s language program to kindergartens, learning centers, and other educational institutions. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their language education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential clients, including kindergartens, learning centers, and educational institutions.
2. Present and demonstrate the Budding Bean language program to prospective clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new markets.
7. Attend educational fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the program.
8. Gather feedback from clients to improve our program and services.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, or a related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or childcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of the needs of kindergartens and learning centers.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
7. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or/and Mandarin.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in selling educational programs or materials.
2. Knowledge of early childhood education and language development.
3. Existing network of contacts in the education sector.
