Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, sales, or relevant experience.
  2. Diploma or Degree in any field.
  3. Must live within the territory.
  4. Experience with therapeutic area and products associated with this role.
  5. Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
  6. Must possess a car with a valid driving license.

  • The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in product knowledge and sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented and organized.
  • Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.

Vacancy Summary:

Sales representatives promote and sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. They provide product information and demonstrate features to healthcare professionals. Medical representatives negotiate and close sales contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and servicing new & existing customers and assisting in developing new business where opportunities occur.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving direct sales results, product line or group of accounts, by contacting established customers and developing new prospects.
  2. To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual profitability and performance standards.
  3. Handles a heavy and demanding workload where the product may be highly specialized, the market undeveloped or underdeveloped, the sales target high, or the competition tough.
  4. To stay abreast of all customers' issues and follow up for meeting customers' expectations.
  5. Works independently but progress is checked at fairly regular intervals.
  6. Required to travel frequently within the respective sales territory.
  7. Other special tasks as per instructed by Chief Executive Officer.
