Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. To build and maintain good relationships with customers.
2. Handle customer inquiries professionally.
3. Maintain existing customers and develop new customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Retain a dynamic and effective sales & retail team with good integrity and team spirit.
5. Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities with full commitment.
6. To achieve monthly sales target.
7. Ensure and enhance the brand’s image through the right execution of the visuals, merchandising and POS activities.
8. Ensure monthly accuracy stock and inventory management.
9. Compile daily and monthly sales reports.
10. Coordinate new launches and events with internal and external team members.
11. Able to perform an ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates with strong passion in sales, art and luxury industry are welcomed.
2. Candidates with at least 1 year of successful working experience in sales/retail sales or experience in luxury retailing will be an added advantage.
3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Ability to participate in all aspects of the sales and event cycle.
6. A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism.
7. Cheerful personality, good self-motivation with positive outlook.
8. Strong business acumen and passion in luxury home and living lifestyle unique decoration crystal art pieces.
9. Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

Working hour:

1. Daily working hours by shift (Morning or Afternoon shift).
2. Entitlement of 8 Off days/month.
3. Alternate off on Public Holiday/ Saturday/ Sunday.
