Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated self-starter candidate with excellent communication skills to join us as Sales Representative based Melaka.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsibility for achievement of annual sales targets.
2. Territory management - Daily field calls and review call on assign target audience at a frequency as spelt out in itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
3. Ensure new account generation and product penetration and continue sales in independent pharmacy & healthcare centre.
4. Provides professional customers servicing through regular coverage, develop ability to response to pharmacist’ requirements and queries effectively.
5. Measure sales and promotional activities progress against plans and targets and take pro-active actions.
6. To follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager.
7. Update management on customers, competitors and market changes in the assign territory.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in handling OTC / General Trade range of products or dealing with supermarkets, wholesalers, Pasaraya/ mini-mart, baby shops & other related stores.
2. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin (as the role requires candidate to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) & other local dialects.
3. Possess own transport.
4. Willing to travel.
