Sales Project Manager

Job description:

1. Creating specification driven sales.
2. Developing and executing sales and communication strategies in conjunction with specific sales channel.
3. Working closely with End User, Developer, Architect, M&E consultant, Lighting Planners, ID Designers, Distributors, and Specifiers.
4. Following up on project and coordinate with back-office support in terms of supply chain, logistics, marketing, lighting scheme design and after sales.
5. Sales Leads, Proposal writing, Estimating, Deal Closing and Warranty, where required.
6. Reporting of sales activities, market and customer feedback.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing or equivalent or work experience in similar position.
2. A minimum of 2 years of successful sales and project experience with a focus on consultancy, solutions business and relationship-based selling. (Prefer in lighting, interior and exterior, landscape, façade and architectural product)
3. Identify and generate new opportunities, maintain relationships, and build the RZB brand.
4. Candidates with lighting experience in the respective field will be given preference.
5. Fluent English with strong communication skills is essential.
6. Ability to work on deadlines and coping with a multi-cultural environment comes natural to you.
7. A result-orientated, self-motivated, and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects and project locations simultaneously.
9. Computer literate (office tools)
10. Possess own transport.
11. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
