Works with company-wide cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking/Shipment/Revenue
Need to be able to quickly come up to speed on company products and leverage that learning to manage forecasts
Develop/maintain close relationship with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations teams to achieve the desired forecast objectives; align with their input as well as provide directions back to the team to achieve company goals on a regular basis
Work closely with Sales/Finance/Business Development teams to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold company's business objectives
Support Sales, BD, and R&D teams’ efforts in new business opportunities, and understand its potential impact on near-term & long-term business forecasts
Manage configuration, non-standard requests, shipment slotting, and shipment delivery
Collaborate with overseas Account team and Order Fulfillment team to understand customer’s specifications and configuration needs
Lead shipment configuration reviews with Manufacturing teams (based in both US and overseas) and Product Groups (based both in US and overseas) and provide timely and accurate configuration content to Supply Chain & Manufacturing team and achieve on-time tool delivery
Review and process customers' purchase orders; ensure PO compliance to established commercial and legal terms for all shipments
Communicate with account teams on committed ship dates, and manage any ship date misses and recovery
Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping & logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Respond to any post-delivery issues, drive mitigation plan and root cause analysis by leading cross-functional alignment
Assist Corporate Business Development and Account Teams in preparing & hosting customer meetings to improve business outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 6 years working in the technology industry
Chinese/Mandarin language proficiency preferred
Adaptable, flexible, open to new ways of doing things
Good communication skills, bias to action, results-driven
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, work in a cross-functional environment, lead and influence others for solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Operations or business background in the semiconductor industry
Knowledge of CRM/SAP, Microsoft Office Applications
