We’re looking for a Sales Operations and Marketing Manager to join our Malaysia team. As a Sales Operations and Marketing Manager, your responsibility includes integrating CRM systems, marketing, and sales enablement resources. This is a commercial role with sales responsibilities, focusing on achieving renewal retention targets and jointly owning sales targets alongside the sales team. The role is critical for maintaining efficient processes, building demand through marketing, and supporting sustainable business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Streamline and manage sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate actionable insights to inform decision making and improve performance.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the CRM system.
  • Handle transactional deals, particularly related to subscription renewals.
  • Engage with clients to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Oversee the order management process, ensuring accurate order entry and timely fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Develop and manage tools, resources, and training to empower the sales team.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing content to drive engagement.

What you’ll have

  • Proven track record of driving sales and marketing alignment.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales models is a plus.
