Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements;
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders;
Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and display;
Assist and support in-store marketing events;
Manage product inventories in & out from warehouse, stock inventory management, check product expiry/validity date, handle product defects and handle trial/sample packs;
Ensure store customer services satisfaction, cashiering/check-out counter service;
Build and maintain good rapport with customers;
Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores;
Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location;
Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the store;
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers;
Monitor product turnover, coordinate with partners for timely restocking, and ensure that product displays comply with company VM (Visual Merchandising) standards;
Supervise and manage store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience;
Work with partners to recruit and train store employees, ensuring adequate staffing, employee motivation, and high-quality service;
Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store;
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management;
Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time;
Oversee distribution strategies to enhance product visibility and availability. Manage partnerships with key retailers and distributors for optimal terms and profitability;
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development;
Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed;
Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows;
Maintain a clean and organized parcel collection area, ensuring all operations run smoothly;
Handle customer complaints or issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, coordinating with logistics partners for resolutions;
Keep records of daily parcel transactions, report discrepancies, and manage stock levels of packaging materials;
Assist in all aspects of the outlet both retail and online assignments;
Keep the packing area clean and organized;
Responsible for employee's performance & discipline;
Ensure outlet activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures;
Manage product displays in the store, promoting and maintaining the brand's image;
Implement security measures to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers;
Follow instructions and perform tasks assigned by your supervisor with full commitment;
You will be working at Puchong Branch Showroom together with another 2 colleagues;
Assist with inventory management and stock control procedures;
Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks as needed;
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations;
Manage point-of-sale processes and all the shipment to customers;
Keep up to date with product information;
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by management;
Supervise and support retail sales staff;
Train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service;
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure store efficiency;
Provide product information and selling products and services available.
