Job Description

• Strategically plan and lead the product lifecycle from research to launching.
• Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) in laboratories, institutions, and hospitals (medical channels).
• Share product knowledge and educate key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand and product awareness.
• Demonstrate and share product information with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Manage distributors to achieve assigned sales targets by implementing agreed sales plans and promotions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and attend trade exhibitions.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life science industry.
• Soft skills: Leadership, networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Education: Preferably tertiary qualifications in Biomedical or Life Science-related fields; alternatively, extensive medical device sales experience will be considered.
• Strong communication skills.
