Job Description
Strategically plan and lead the product lifecycle from research to launching.
Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) in laboratories, institutions, and hospitals (medical channels).
Share product knowledge and educate key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand and product awareness.
Demonstrate and share product information with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
Manage distributors to achieve assigned sales targets by implementing agreed sales plans and promotions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and attend trade exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life science industry.
Soft skills: Leadership, networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Technical skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Education: Preferably tertiary qualifications in Biomedical or Life Science-related fields; alternatively, extensive medical device sales experience will be considered.
Strong communication skills.
