Sales & Marketing Manager

Introduction

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement and drive sales for ADAS Hightex Sdn Bhd in Johor. Under ADAS Group, you will be involved in an exciting variety of project opportunities, including lightweight structures and unique architectural steelwork.

Job Function

• Increase sales opportunities through project creation and specification, lead generation, identifying and engaging with overseas partners.
• Increase market awareness of ADAS brand to specify projects and build relationships with all key stakeholders: architects, designers, consultants, engineers and property developers.
• Proactive contact with and reaching out to potential partners and leads via call/email/social media platforms and physical visits
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals
• Prepare and issue quotations to clients
• Explain and clarify the quotations to clients and initiate consistent follow-ups to secure projects and maintain good customer relationships
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with client and project information, sales data and market information
• Update and assign tasks to project teams via online task management tool
• Identify and develop good relationships with key decision makers
• Liaising with third party digital marketing services for the company’s digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, website and social media updates.
• Represent the company in marketing presentations, seminars, meetings, exhibitions and events
• Prepare presentations, marketing materials, business proposals and assist in the submission of tenders, etc.
• Close sales to achieve annual sales targets
• Preparation of quarterly action plans and day-to-day operations
• Regular performance reporting including assessment of KPI and activity metrics to the head office

Job Requirements

·At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales or marketing activities

·Background in Architecture or Engineering would be preferred

·Able to review and understand architectural drawings and specifications

·Proficient in Adobe Suite

·Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

·Self-motivated and able to work independently

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Possesses a friendly, energetic and outgoing demeanor
