As the Sales Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge from their vibrant KL office, working closely with the local marketing team to deliver unforgettable events and smash ticket sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead & empower a creative and commercial team based in KL to execute top-tier marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement bold strategies that drive ticket sales across diverse events.
Keep marketing and promotional timelines on track to ensure seamless campaign rollouts.
Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, social media, PR, traditional advertising, and events.
Analyze data to uncover audience insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
Track KPIs, pivot strategies as needed, and consistently exceed sales goals.
Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table
Passion for hitting and surpassing sales targets.
6+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management, with a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
Leadership skills: you've successfully built and managed high-performing teams.
Strong analytical abilities: you can translate data into impactful strategies.
