1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to secure project sales with developers, contractors, architects and interior designers.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market share.

Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations and sales transaction; stock inventory control, purchases and product development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Monitor market trends, analyze trends and competitors research to stay ahead in the market.

2. Marketing & Brand Management

Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital and traditional media.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to refine marketing strategies.

Manage the company’s online presence including website, social media etc.

Lead, mentor and train the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Set KPIs and performance metrics for the team, ensuring accountability and growth.

Foster a high-performance culture with continuous learning and innovation.

3. Budgeting & ROI Optimization

Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

Track ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.

Enhance customer experience through effective engagement and personalized strategies.

Drive brand loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.

Expand market presence through strategic partnerships and new market entry plans.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in kitchen cabinet industry.
• Proven track record in B2B project sales and experienced in tender process.
• Strong leadership skill and experience in managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
