Job description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure targets are met.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers in collaboration with management.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, customer data, and lead tracking.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage website content, branding, and online presence to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, sponsorships, and PR activities.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop a marketing calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management & Business Development:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to improve post-sales support.
  • Identify potential markets and expansion opportunities through market research.
  • Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve their targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and product teams to align business objectives.
  • Provide regular training and professional development opportunities for the team.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
