Sales & Marketing Executive – Property Development (BP)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and drive both sales and leasing targets for our property development projects. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing leasing activities, and ensuring the company meets its sales and leasing goals through effective strategies and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Leasing Target Achievement:
    • Actively work to meet and exceed both sales and leasing targets set by the company.
    • Lead the sales and leasing processes, from generating leads to closing deals with buyers and tenants.
    • Monitor personal sales and leasing performance and report progress to ensure targets are met.
    • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and attract buyers and tenants.
    • Coordinate sales promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and engagement.
  2. Leasing Coordination & Support:
    • Support the leasing process by conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with tenants.
    • Ensure leasing targets are met by maintaining high occupancy rates and efficient leasing cycles.
  3. Market Research & Sales Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
    • Analyze sales and leasing data to adjust strategies and improve performance in both areas.
  4. Sales & Leasing Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on sales and leasing performance to track progress against targets.
    • Monitor key metrics for both sales and leasing and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Content Creation & Brand Management:
    • Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, property listings, and digital content.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with company branding and reflect the sales and leasing objectives.
  6. Event & PR Support:
    • Assist in organizing property launches, promotional events, and corporate activities.
    • Support public relations efforts to ensure a positive company image and strong client relationships.
  7. General Support:
    • Provide daily support to the sales and marketing teams.
    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or leasing (preferably in property development).
  • Proven experience in meeting sales and leasing targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Familiarity with leasing processes and property management is a plus.
