SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – PROJECT SALES

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key accounts, including architects and developers.
• Perform comprehensive sales duties, including prospecting, product presentations, sales closing, and follow-ups.
• Utilize your expertise in dealing with architects, developers, and contractors, with a preference for experience in building material specification roles.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including deal closures, follow-ups, payment collections, client visits, and coordination with internal teams such as operations, production, and logistics.
• Provide consistent updates and detailed reports to the Project Manager based in Sg Buloh.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients.
