Job Responsibility

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Sales And Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
  • Present and promote company products/services to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies that drive product awareness and sales.
  • Participate in trade events or campaigns to showcase products effectively.

Time And Task Management

  • Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on leads promptly.

Performance Analysis And Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback and sales progress.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong client relationships, managing their time effectively, and delivering results.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel (if applicable).
