Role Responsibilities:

• Manage sales inquiries, site visits, deal closures, and documentation for seamless pre- and post-sales processes.
• Execute marketing strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
• Maintain sales records, track inquiries, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, progress billing, and customer support.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Support sales events, roadshows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in project handovers, inspections, defect rectifications, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and proper documentation.
• Handle additional tasks to support sales and marketing operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
