Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
2. Develop positive relationships with customers.
3. Meet with developers, architects, and QS to do specifications.
4. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
5. Prepare quotations for customers, including pricing negotiations.
6. Analyze and propose alternatives to customers.
7. Supervise accounts to ensure sales increase.
8. Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
9. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
2. Minimum SPM/Diploma in a related field.
3. Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
5. Result-oriented, aggressive, and self-motivated.
6. Mature, committed, responsible, and reliable.
7. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
8. Preference will be given to those with experience in the building materials industry.
9. Fluent in English and Bahasa.
10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
