Sales & Marketing Executive

Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents, filing, correspondences and coordinating.

Conduct marketing intelligence and surveys in order to understand the latest market demand from time to time.

Reach out, establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Ensure all relevant agreements on sales of properties are properly filed and follow up on loan application and sales documentation to ensure all documents are processed accordingly within the stipulated period.

Ensure high standard of customer services / after sales services to prospective buyers and existing purchasers.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

Involve in the preparation works for pre launching, launching and post launching of a project.

Plan and execute strategic marketing plans and activities with the team.

Participate in online and offline marketing campaigns.
