Join Our Team as a Sales & Marketing Executive!

Our company is experiencing rapid expansion, and we are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

1. Assist in planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.
2. Assist in compiling budgetary cost of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.
3. Carry out necessary sales & marketing activities as planned/instructed within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Participate in sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talks, roadshows/trade missions, etc.
5. Liaise with vendors/external parties regarding their services provided, quotations, and job delivery in a timely manner.
6. Keep track of all necessary stock records and update if new order/placement is needed on a timely/weekly basis.
7. Update all walk-in/phone calls/mail inquiries on the inquiries report and follow up in a timely manner.
8. Monitor the company website info and ensure it is updated in a timely manner, as well as monitor the inquiry mail receiving inbox daily.
9. Prepare necessary sales brochures/goodie bags for visitors and provide relevant sales & marketing services, e.g., product presentations, site tours, based on the inquiries made.
10. Assist in marketing activities and sales inquiries to avoid disruptions or slow responses to any problems raised/inquiries made.
11. Compile necessary sales & marketing documentation for internal use/external proposal purposes.
12. Monitor & follow up project progress, progress billing, and payment collection status, and inform the head of department if any urgency arises.
13. Attend to customers’ requests, compile and report feedback during project implementation, handover process, and after project completion.
14. Proceed with inspection and handover of completed units together with the project/contract department and customers.
15. Monitor defect works status and record for both internal and customer reference.
16. Compile summaries of market surveys, sales reports, marketing reports, and inquiries reports for the head of department.
17. Monitor all matters concerning sales & marketing activities/KPIs and compliance with ISO standards.
18. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department/management.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a related industry field and/or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services.
2. Minimum Degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing or a related field.
3. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Basic communication & writing skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email correspondence, internet browsers, etc.
6. Pleasant personality, confident, independent, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, and responsive with the ability to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
