Founded in 1984 in Singapore, Fitson specializes in producing high-quality baby and mother care products for well-established international baby brands. Fitson provides a full scope of services which encompasses the initial stages of design conceptualization, tool design & fabrication, product innovation, manufacturing to complete packaging and delivery.
What do you need to do in this role:
Window of contact for all customers.
Planning and executing sales strategies/ Business Development Plan.
Handle all incoming sales enquiries, complaints, special requests, etc.
Assist in product costing and pricing.
Create and update a list of new prospects on a regular basis.
Prepare, send and follow up on sales quotations to customers/prospects.
Oversee new product/projects by coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Conduct after-sales follow-ups with existing customers.
Research product materials, international safety standards, conduct market surveys, and study new/existing products in the market.
Issue Sales Orders upon receipt of customer’s purchase orders and inform and assist procurement on any special requests from customers.
Liaise with customers on product requirements, quantity, quality, and payment arrangements.
Coordinate with the Finance department to follow up on customer’s payment upon receipt of PO.
Maintain the company’s corporate image including website, corporate profile, presentation, etc.
Monitor advertising campaigns and provide analysis reports on results.
Market products through advertisement, public relations, internet, exhibitions, brochures, networking, etc.
Ensure marketing mediums such as the website, online catalogues, brochures, and advertisements are updated regularly.
Attend conventions, exhibitions, and networking events.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role:
Consistently produce high-quality work.
Good time management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Software skills: Microsoft Office Applications.
Education qualifications: Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent.
Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Willingness to work in Senai Ipark.
Language skills: Good written & verbal communication in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Juniors and Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
