Sales & Marketing Executive

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, target customer segments, and competitive offerings
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular progress reports to the management team
• Attending industry events and networking to enhance the company's brand visibility

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience
• Good networks/relationship with Architects, developers, consultants and contractors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques – Proper knowledge in FB/IG/Tik-Tok Ads.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
