You will be joining an innovative team dedicated to supplying and distributing electrical components to their top clients based in Selangor. As part of their ongoing expansion plans, they seek a top-tier Sales & Marketing Engineer to join their organisation.

Your new role

As a Sales & Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for the success of the INVERTER market in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain best customer relationships with the existing key customers, grow and expand the market by identifying new/potential customers and user by providing technical expertise feedback on customer needs and expectations.
• Ability to conduct technical seminars/presentations and demonstrations to M&E consultants, HVAC contractors & end users to showcase the features and benefits of the products and services with ALL the demo set provided.
• Develop and direct effective sales channels by scheduling customer visits, organizing sales calls and conducting sales visits.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the products and services remain competitive in the marketplace.
• Responsible for closing deals, providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Mechanical) or Diploma equivalent with 3 years experience in the field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess your own vehicle, a willingness to travel frequently, and work flexible hours.
