Sales Marketing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

1. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in contract manufacturing, customized engineering solutions, and automation.
2. Support sales activities by gathering client requirements and preparing quotations.
3. Maintain relationships with industrial clients and automation integrators.
4. Assist in preparing and delivering technical sales presentations.

Marketing & Branding:

1. Help develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s capabilities.
2. Support branding initiatives, website content updates, and digital marketing strategies.
3. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical conferences.

Technical & Product Knowledge:

1. Learn and understand engineering concepts related to manufacturing, automation, and custom solutions.
2. Work closely with technical teams to align customer needs with company capabilities.
3. Keep updated on industry trends and advancements.
4. Provide basic technical support and customer assistance when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
3. Interest in sales and marketing within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
4. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining, fabrication, industrial automation or sheet metal work is a plus.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills – Work closely with customers to clarify expectations, address concerns, and build long-term relationships, and ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams.
6. Good organization and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
8. Willingness to learn and travel for client meetings or events as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Internship or prior experience in B2B sales, industrial automation, or engineering solutions is a plus.
2. Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is beneficial but not required.
3. Enthusiasm for working in a technical sales environment and developing customer relationships.
