Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, market research, brand management, social media marketing, product development, advertising, and customer relationship management. This is a contract position based in Malacca, Malaysia, with a hybrid work mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns and engage with online communities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and services.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationship management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Proficiency in marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
- Experience in brand management and maintaining brand integrity.
- Knowledge of social media marketing platforms and best practices.
- Ability to contribute to product development and innovation.
- Familiarity with advertising strategies and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
