What you will be doing

• Your duties include but are not limited to developing business opportunities in diverse market segments. Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to generate occupancy, room nights and revenue. Responsible for achieving sales targets allocated and exceeding established budget by the OYO Sales Management.
• Achieve a weekly or monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales meetings and new accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor rates, sales and promotion activities, and provide solutions and feedback to the Management.

What are we looking for

• Past experiences with Travel Agency will be an added advantage.
• A self-starter, possess a sales mindset, experience in cold calling is a must.
• Experience in B2C outside sales of at least 1-2 years, having an established network with hotels, travel agents, government, and corporate industry is a must.
• Excellent computer skills, must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closing.
