We are an innovative functional materials and device leader with a company size of 400. We focus on integrated research and development, manufacturing, and sales of EMI shielding materials, thermal interface materials, wave-absorbing materials, and ferrite.

The company owns subsidiaries in Chongqing and Zhejiang, with offices around the globe in the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Key Client Development and Maintenance: Responsible for developing and maintaining important clients, focusing on expanding key accounts. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
2. Sales Target Execution and Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets based on the company's sales plan.
3. Market Insights and Feedback: Follow market changes to ensure the company's products and services remain competitive in the marketplace.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account management and client development.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Strong ability to develop and maintain key client relationships, focusing on expanding and managing key accounts.
5. Experience in conducting regular business reviews with clients and providing customized solutions based on client needs.
6. Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Remuneration

RM 6,000 - RM 8,000
