About the role

One East Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager (Real Estate) to join our team in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium real estate developments and ensuring the successful delivery of our sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our real estate properties
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders
• Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and content
• Mentoring and managing a team of sales executives to achieve their individual and team targets
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
