We are currently seeking a Sales Manager - New Projects targeting the Oil & Gas sector. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be involved in the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

Job Description

• Acquire project business opportunities and serve as the key account manager in Malaysia for the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Act as the primary contact for all customer interactions, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with sales objectives to support organizational goals.
• Sell technology and solutions with an awareness of quality, features, and applications.
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product and solutions presentations, applications, and business writing.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and be agile in capitalizing on them.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will confidently grow the business and guide the company to the most profitable position while establishing meaningful, long-term business relationships with new and existing clients in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales in similar industries, with comprehensive knowledge of sales, business development, and marketing.
• Demonstrated excellence and expertise in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Knowledge of the design and operational requirements in flow measurements, custody transfer, instrumentation, and related equipment in the Oil and Gas industry.
• A professional education in engineering (Diploma or Degree).
