Sales Manager, Mortgage

Primary Objective

Principally responsible for building and managing the Direct Sales team to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned business financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Mortgage Financial Target

• Managing & monitoring the Mortgage Direct Sales team to drive productivity & deliver assigned financial targets.

Business Strategy

• To achieve sales productivity of RM1.2m per sales staff per month.
• Increase referral contribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of retail products & services.
