We are partnering with a German based MNC that specializes in manufacturing Medium Voltage (MV) products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
Design, implement, and continuously improve sales and marketing procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Identify and engage untapped customer segments, ensuring a structured approach to building strong, lasting client relationships.
Investigate and capture new business opportunities, securing new clients in the designated regions.
Collect, analyze, and update market intelligence, including competitor insights and upcoming project information.
Deliver engaging technical presentations to customers, consultants, and contractors, effectively communicating product and service value.
Lead the preparation of detailed proposals, including both technical and commercial components.
Analyze customer needs and demand trends to shape service offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronic).
Strong track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Candidates experienced selling Medium Voltage products like transformers, switchgear, generators, or RMU will have an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in export sales will have an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
