Sales Manager- Interior Design

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at HONSENZ HOLDING GROUP SDN. BHD. as a full-time Designer Sales Manager based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As the Designer Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of the company's interior design services, leveraging your expertise in the field of interior design to connect with and support our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide expert design consultation and guidance to clients, helping them to bring their vision to life
• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate client requirements into innovative and functional interior design solutions
• Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities to expand the company's reach and visibility
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the interior design industry
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives
• Mentor and support junior members of the sales and design teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management within the Interior Design or Cabinetry Business.
• Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closures.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and leading successful teams.
• Previous experience in motivational speaking is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel, expected to be at least 40% of the time.
