Achieve Financial KPIs & Annual budgets together with Sales team
Account planning, ensuring concise and effective update of reports as required by management
Conduct account analysis, guide Sales Team to establish a deep understanding of the customers' business needs
Undertake an effective market analysis. Using information & data available, identify market trends to develop an effective strategy to expand the Sale territory
Develop new business opportunities, implementing effective strategic plans for new accounts/ segments assigned
Advise technical consultancy to clients, perform commercial and technical presentations to end users
Play a key role in securing excellent, valid commercial contractual terms. Assess opportunities, negotiate contractual terms & conditions
Requirements
5 years or more of proven sales records in technical sales. Ability to promote technical sales is a must. Strong understanding of Pneumatic systems; motion and fluid control will be an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness and professionalism in ensuring a win-win situation for both internal and external customers
Ability to drive and motivate sales team to ensure unrivalled customer focus to improve customer satisfaction
