Sales Manager (Grocery, Sundry & Toiletries, Fresh section) - Batu Pahat, Johor

Responsibilities:

To manage and supervise the selling floor's overall operations of GROCERY and SUNDRY & TOILETRIES and FRESH & PERISHABLES (Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy & Frozen, Meat & Seafood, Hotfood & Foodcourt) section.

Requirements:

MUST possess a minimum of 3 years working experience (as Executive) in retailing of Grocery, Sundry & Toiletries, and Fresh & Perishables section.
Strong skills in leading & supervising subordinates to work as a team to achieve target results.
Strong interpersonal skills to generate effective negotiation and dealings with suppliers.
Wide exposure and good networking with the latest retailing market suppliers and trends.
