Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team in a growing bread manufacturing company. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring daily sales performance, and managing a team of three sales executives covering North, East, and Klang Valley regions, with potential expansion into South Malaysia.

Job Description

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Increase profit by promoting and selling the Company’s product to customers either through retail markets or business-to-business (B2B).
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Ensuring sales activity meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting and selling Company products to new and existing customers.
  3. Market Expansion: Monitor industry trends, ensuring that market and sales strategies align with current trends and effectively meet customer demands.
  4. New Customer Acquisition: Identifying emerging markets to develop plans for revenue growth by identifying and approaching potential new customers to create new customer accounts.
  5. Customer Engagement: Maintaining good relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous sales demand and profitability. Handling customer complaints and issues that arise with care and making reports to management.
  6. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports on sales activity for management.
  7. Operation Area: Responsible for sales and marketing operations in the Northern Region, including Perak, Kedah, Penang, and Perlis.
