Sales Manager (Electrical Background)

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and marketing initiatives for our energy solutions, including Energy Management, Power Quality, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, and Electrical & Lightning Protection. You’ll engage with end-users, consultants, contractors, GLCs, and government sectors, acting as a brand ambassador and primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Lead presentations and provide consultancy during client engagements
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
• Coordinate branding activities, prepare sales kits, and represent the company in events
• Handle other sales and business development tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar industry with a strong professional network
• Electrical engineering background preferred
• Dealt with TNB, JKR, ST, local councils would be an added advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Malaysian citizen with own vehicle, willing to travel across Peninsular Malaysia
• Outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Proficient in major languages (spoken and written)
