Sales Manager (Electrical & Aircon Products)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Electrical and Aircon Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans and coordinate the work of subordinates.
• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
• Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
• Market assigned products and secure orders to meet budget and targets.
• Follow up on collections from sales made to meet collection targets.
• Promote the image of the Group and its product line.
• Serve existing customers and distributors, maintaining close contact and liaison.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Previous experience in Sales (Electrical) is preferred.
• Customer-oriented and possess a goal-oriented mindset for meeting sales targets.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
